ISG series single-stage single-suction pipeline centrifugal pump, a combination of domestic excellent hydraulic models and IS type centrifugal pump parameters, is designed by our company's scientific and technical personnel combined with domestic pump experts. Features
1. The pump is of vertical structure. The inlet and outlet have the same caliber and are on the same center line, and can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. The pump has a compact and beautiful appearance, and only requires a small area and low construction cost. If a protective cover is added, it can be used outdoors.
2. The impeller is installed on the extended shaft of the motor; the axial size is short, which make structure compact. The pump and the bearings of motor are arranged reasonably, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation, thus ensuring the smooth operation of the pump. Our products are of small vibration and low noise.
3. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or mechanical seal combination. A combination of imported titanium alloy sealing ring, medium heat-resisting mechanical seal and cemented carbide material makes shaft seal wear-resisting, which can ensure the good performance of the shaft seal and prolong the service life of mechanical seal.
4. It is easy to install and overhaul since there is no need to dismantle the pipeline system; all rotor parts can be extracted by removing the nut of the pump base.
5. According to the working requirements, that is, the needs of flow and head, the pump can be operated in series or parallel connection.
6. The vertical and horizontal installation of the pump can be adopted according to the requirements of pipeline layout.
