IS type horizontal single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump is suitable for water supply and drainage of industries and cities, and used for agricultural drainage and irrigation and also for the transportation of clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to that of clean water; the temperature of liquid cannot be higher than 80 ℃.

Product description

1. The IS series is designed according to the performance and dimensions specified in the international standard ISO2858, and is mainly composed of pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, sealing ring, shaft sleeve, suspension bearing and other spare parts.

2. The pump body and pump cover of the IS series are split from the back of the impeller, that is, so-called back-opening-door structure. The pump body, suction pipe, discharge pipe and motor are not moved during the overhaul. As long as the intermediate connector of the extended coupling is taken down, the rotor part can be taken out for overhaul.

3. The casing (that is, the pump body and the pump cover) of the single-stage centrifugal pump is the operating room of the pump. Impeller, shaft and rolling bearing are the rotor of the pump. Suspension bearing components support the rotor of the pump, and the rolling bearings are subjected to radial and axial forces of the pump.

4. In order to balance the axial force of the pump, most pumps are equipped with sealing rings on the front impeller and rear impeller, and balance holes are provided on the rear cover of the impeller. However, some pumps have little axial force, and the back of the impellers are not equipped with sealing rings and balance holes.

5. The axial sealing ring of the pump is composed of packing gland, packing ring and packing, etc., in order to prevent intake air or a large amount of water leakage. If the impeller of the pump has a balance hole, the cavity with soft packing is connected to the suction inlet of the impeller. If the liquid at the inlet of the impeller is in a vacuum state, it is easy to have intake air along the surface of the shaft sleeve. So, a packing ring is installed in the packing cavity. Through the small hole on the pump cover, the pressure water in the pump chamber is led to the packing ring for sealing. If the impeller of the pump does not have a balance hole, there is no leakage problem since the liquid pressure on the back of the impeller is greater than atmospheric pressure. The packing ring may not be installed.

6. In order to avoid the abrasion of the shaft, the shaft sleeve will be installed at the part where the shaft passes through the packing chamber. There must be o-shapes sealing ring between the sleeve and the shaft to prevent intake air or water leakage along the mating surface.

7. The drive mode of the pump is connecting with the motor by an extended elastic coupling. The direction of the pump from the drive end is rotating in clockwise direction.
